Dr. Choudhry founded NorthStar Surgery Specialists, PA in 2008. Dr. Muresanu joined the practice in 2023. They have a common mission to provide the highest quality expert surgical care to the Austin metro and surrounding areas. They strive to provide every patient with the individualized personalized surgical plan that they deserve. They offer cutting-edge modern surgery, with compassion.

They are both board-certified in general surgery and fellows of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). Together they have over 26 years of experience, have completed a minimally invasive fellowship, and have performed almost 4000 robotic surgery cases combined.
