Our office staff will answer the phone during regular business hours and can answer most of the questions you might have about insurance, billing, appointments, and follow-up care.

If they cannot answer your questions, then they will contact your surgeon, and either your surgeon or the staff member will call you back with answers. If the phones are busy when you call, you will be directed to our answering service. Also, if you call after business hours, you will be directed to our answering service.

We will get to these messages and return them in a timely fashion during regular business hours.

If you have an emergency, please call 911.
